The WCAA offers self-service tools for volunteers to excel in their roles as class, club, or shared interest group officers. You can also review the Class, Club, SIG volunteer pages. They are full of useful information.
Sending an Email
Emails are created, scheduled, and sent out from your Class, Club, or Shared Interest Group website. If you do not yet have administrative access to your Class, Club, or Shared Interest Group site, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access. You need to have set up your Wellesley Login in order to access your site.
The WCAA can help! If you would like the WCAA to send your email, if you need a mailing list or labels, or if you are having a technical issue, please use the form below.

Setting up eCommerce
The My Wellesley Community allows Clubs, Classes and Shared Interest Groups to have their own membership and store purchases go directly to their own bank accounts. To do this, each group’s treasurer has to sign up for an account on Stripe.com and send the codes to My Wellesley Community so they can be installed. Follow these instructions to set up your Stripe account.
