The WCAA is pleased to announce that the Registrar, in conjunction with Library and Technology Services (LTS), has come up with a faster, digital way to request College transcripts.


It's now possible for alumnae to quickly request and receive transcripts from the Wellesley College Registrar's Office! The new automated process is a great addition to the self-service tools already available for alumnae on MyWellesley. To submit your transcript request, follow the instructions posted to the Wellesley College website.

According to the announcement from Wellesley's Library and Technology Services (LTS) team:

We are extremely pleased to announce that effective today, we have fully automated the processing of electronic transcript requests so current students and alumnae from Classes of 1997 - 2015 can receive an electronic transcript within 1 day through a link in MyWellesley. The requestor is kept informed of each step of the process by email and a digitally-signed electronic transcript is emailed to the requested email addresses within 24 hours. In most cases, the transcript will arrive within 2 hours.


Because academic records prior to 1997 are held in a different repository, alumnae from the classes of 1996 and earlier can electronically request and pay for an official transcript and receive a paper copy. Expedited delivery is now a standard option for an additional fee.
